Tips and Tricks for the CCAT
Preparing for and taking the CCAT can be overwhelming. Here are some tips and tricks to keep in mind.
- Take a Diagnostic Exam: Make sure to take a diagnostic exam before going into the real thing. This will give you an idea of what to expect. Our diagnostic CCAT above is a great place to start.
- 18 Seconds Per Question: To stay on pace for the exam, you will need to spend less than 18 seconds per question.
- Do Not Leave Blank Questions: You cannot go back to previous questions. So, do not leave any questions blank. If you do not know the answer, take an educated guess and keep moving along.
- Educated Guesses are Fine: There will be some questions that may take you too long to solve. That is completely fine. Take an educated guess and move on to the next question.
