Practice for the CCAT with the Right Tools

1. Simulated Exams

The Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test is a tricky exam because the questions aren’t necessarily hard, but the 15-minute time limit makes it very challenging. One of the best ways to prepare is by using simulated exams.

Our exams were built to simulate the actual CCAT and include the following:

  • Same Number of Questions as the Real Exam
  • Same Time Limits as the Real Exam
  • Same Types of Questions as the Real Exam
  • Detailed Answer Explanations for Each Question

2. Question Banks

As stated above, one of the best ways to prepare is by practicing questions you may see on the actual exam. Our question banks allow you to do exactly that.

Some of the features of our question banks include:

  • Grouped by Subject
    • Verbal Ability
    • Math and Logic
    • Spatial Reasoning
  • Question and Answer Format
  • Untimed
  • Ability to Save Progress and Return Later

The point of our question banks is to allow you to practice questions in a stress free environment.

3. Cheat Sheets / Study Guides

Our team developed cheat sheets and study guides to help you prepare for the CCAT.

The goal of these cheat sheets is to teach you only the most important information. We hate wasting time, and so should you.

Tips and Tricks for the CCAT

Preparing for and taking the CCAT can be overwhelming. Here are some tips and tricks to keep in mind.

  • Take a Diagnostic Exam: Make sure to take a diagnostic exam before going into the real thing. This will give you an idea of what to expect. Our diagnostic CCAT above is a great place to start.
  • 18 Seconds Per Question: To stay on pace for the exam, you will need to spend less than 18 seconds per question.
  • Do Not Leave Blank Questions: You cannot go back to previous questions. So, do not leave any questions blank. If you do not know the answer, take an educated guess and keep moving along.
  • Educated Guesses are Fine: There will be some questions that may take you too long to solve. That is completely fine. Take an educated guess and move on to the next question.
